The specific scope, timeline, and fees for any project are defined in a written agreement or invoice agreed with each client.

2. Quotes & Payment

Quotes provided through this website or by phone/WhatsApp are estimates until confirmed in writing. Payment terms (deposits, milestones, and balances) will be stated in your project agreement. Work typically begins after receipt of an agreed deposit.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, images, and access to necessary accounts. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the final deliverables created for their project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets used in a project (fonts, stock media, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Website Content & Acceptable Use
